Programming is included with your supplied audiogram (hearing test). The proper amplification is applied in the frequencies that require recovery. All programming is performed by an Arizona licensed hearing aid specialist. Additional programming changes will be performed within 90 days of purchase at no charge other than shipping charges.

The best scenario is to go to a local hearing center and get their recommendation, possibly even demo the product in their office. If you find their pricing objectionable, then you can purchase the same or similar product from us. We have a 60-day return policy on all hearing aids with a 5% restocking fee. This is similar to a local hearing center's cancellation charges but much less in general. Some states allow up to $500.00 to be withheld for an unsuccessful fitting.

Most orders arrive within 7 business days; international customers can expect slightly longer shipping and customs times. Overnight shipping is not available for hearing aids.

No, we do not bill insurance directly but will provide purchase and bill of sale documentation for insurance reimbursement.

The manufacturer's warranty is worldwide, you may have it serviced by a local representative or send it back to us for warranty work.
